Education Agents
Scots English College recognises that the decision to study overseas in a country like Australia can be a challenging yet highly rewarding experience for international students. Education agents both in Australia and overseas assist Scots English College with the recruitment of international students to its English language program in Sydney. Both Scots English and its agent representatives have a responsibility to provide ethical and accurate advice and services to prospective international students.
Standard 4 of National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 requires that ‘Registered providers take all reasonable measures to use education agents that have an appropriate knowledge and understanding of the Australian international education industry and do not use education agents who are dishonest or lack integrity’ (National Code of Practice, 2007: Pg. 13). Scots English College only enters into a written agreement with agents who have a proven track record in service delivery to international students and have demonstrated a commitment to meeting their obligations under the National Code of Practice 2007.
Under the provisions of the Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Re-registration of Providers and Other Measures) Act 2010, Scots English College is obliged to list the names of education agents who represent it and promote Elite’s education services.

Scots English College recruits educational agents to assist Scots with enrolment of students to their English programs.
To apply to become an Scots English College representative, agents are requested to complete an Education Agent Application Form.
